Chip is responsible for the continued growth, development and success of Windermere Professional Development, which includes pre-licensing, continuing education, and special events. He also serves as General Manager of Windermere Relocation and Referral services supporting Windermere affiliates in Alaska, California, Colorado, Oregon, and Washington.

Vikki is responsible for the day-to-day activities of Continuing Education at Windermere Professional Development. She is the go-to person for agents/brokers and their continuing education needs, including both clock-hour classes and skill-building classes.

Manager, Professional Development
Nick’s primary role is to help new-to-the-business agents as they work to earn their license. He helps candidates navigate the licensing process and ensures that the education they receive is top-notch. Once a candidate has obtained their real estate license, Nick works with them arrange interviews with Windermere offices in their area.

Mary Lynn is responsible for the development and execution of Windermere’s internal and external corporate events, including the Windermere Cup, Owners Retreat, Symposium, Kicks For Kids, Summer Splash and other events throughout the year. She is also available to provide event consulting to Windermere offices upon request.

Karen plans, coordinates and executes key components of every Windermere event from setup and hosting the event itself to managing venues vendors. You'll see the results of her work at Windermere Cup, Owners Retreat and Summer Splash, to name just a few events.

Having worked for Windermere in one capacity or another for the past 20+ years, Amy has had her finger on the pulse of all things Windermere in Oregon longer than most. In her current position as Director of Operations, Amy works closely with Todd Steinberg in coordinating education and training in Oregon. She also oversees the planning of events in the Oregon and SW Washington area, which includes Regional Owners Exchange and Windermere Symposium – Portland.

With a background in education, Todd brings a unique perspective on how to teach and motivate brokers to use various technologies to develop and deepen relationships with clients, discover new opportunities for business, and work more efficiently and effectively through their transactions. In his current role as Director of Education for Oregon and SW Washington, Todd works closely with Amy Tucker, creating new and exciting curriculum for Windermere real estate brokers, including the monthly Windermere Tools webinar series.
